Let’s face it, the image of moldy cheese is not what we associate with a high end exclusive card like the J.P. Morgan Palladium Card. However, apart from a few visa signature associated benefits, JPM has done absolutely nothing to WOW their card members in 2015. To say that overall, the Palladium Card has been a huge disappointment in 2015 is an understatement.
With less than 2 months go to until 2016, it seems that there have been no member exclusives/perks from JPM/Chase and their response to feedback from their ultra elite customer base has been dismal and non-existent at best.
The Palladium Card’s slice of big cheese in the ultra exclusive credit card segment in 2015 has clearly not been very appetizing and left to mold.
It would be such a shame to see JPM/Chase loose their business and spending that they have worked so hard up until this point to maintain with their top client base. Let’s hope the rest of 2015 and 2016 see brighter days ahead for the Palladium Card.
